Only a few antique glass paintings have survived, as the glass used then was so very thin compared to modern glass. In September 1988, at a London auction, 184 antique glass painting were sold, fetching prices up to £1,890 each. Prices have been rising steadily since.

Reverse glass paintings were manufactured until the late 19th Century. It has only been since 1965 that the art has been revived.

Each of our paintings comes with a signed certficate. These paintings are a potential investment. Their value may grow in time as has been shown in the past, especially as the knowledge and experience to produce them becomes increasingly rare.

Why not make your own investment in a piece of our English history and add an heirloom to your home, office or showroom, which will create interest and character within its settings. These unique paintings make an ideal gift for that special client, friend or loved one.
